Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted for Public Realm & Mobility Schemes for Local Councils.

My client is a civil engineering sub-contractor, they are in the market for a Freelance SQS to work on a £5m civil engineering project in Derby. This will be a 12-month assignment for the right candidate and possible longevity.

The ideal candidate will:
• have minimum 5-10 years Quantity Surveying Experience
• have a contracting background working on projects public realm, mobility schemes, encompassing roads, drainage, pathways, kerbing etc.
• be conversant with NEC & JCT forms of contract.
• Experience with Local Authorities (Preferred)
