Senior / Site Manager (Burton on trent) up to £60,000, 10 % Bonus, plus package
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORKED FOR CURRENT COMPANY c2 YEARS

I am currently recruiting for an experienced no.2 on site working under a Senior Project manager driving production on site, coordinating trades/subcontractors, responsible for safety/quality on site to ensure end product is delivered on time, to correct standard, safely with appropriate commercial awareness to meet target margins.
Preferably someone with potential and desire to grow into a (no.1)Project Manager with support from a visiting Contracts Manager.

Projects range from £7m up to £25m and are all fast-track design and build type projects comprising industrial shed/warehouses with standalone office accommodation associated external works including extensive attenuation drainage, external service yards and Car parking areas.
