Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Location: Wolverhampton/West midlands projects

The ideal Candidate:
• An experienced site manager who has refurbishment and new build experience.
• Must have proved track record of project delivery, with the right attitude towards H&S, delivering to time, to budget and with excellent quality.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and also work on their own.
• Needs to be capable of running their own jobs of up to £6m but also happy to work as a number 2 on larger projects
• Good IT skills and experience with working with Asta, PowerPoint and Field wire (or similar snagging apps)
