Senior Site Manager- Brighton- up to £60-68,000 + car allowance + full package

Have you worked as a Site Manager on Construction Projects for the last 5 or more years? Do you have experience working for a Main Contractor, and want a new opportunity? Have you got a demonstrable track record in delivering large industrial or commercial schemes?

Kenton Black are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our clients. Our client is a well-known Main Contractor, our client delivers a vast variety of projects, including Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, student accommodation of up to £100m in value.

Key duties:

- Co-ordinate the works of the site team including sub-contractors/trades and external supply chain
- Implement and maintain quality assurance methods/standards to assure delivery of projects
- Implement and maintain H, S, Q & E procedures from pre-start to project completion to ensure full compliance with all company HSQE standards, policies, processes, ISO accreditations and legislative requirements

The initial project is a £100+ million complex, due to start in the next few months. The scheme is D&B steel frame, with high end fit-out and specialist MEP services.

The successful candidate will have:

5+ years experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor
Strong attention to detail
Experience working on Design & Build projects

Excellent salaries and packages attached, 60-68000 plus full package.
