Rail Site Agent - Rail Site Manager would also look at Sub Agent or Construction Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager who will be responsible for the daily management of various asset maintenance throughout North Wales, they will be responsible for producing the following.
Site set up and establishment
Day to day management of site including maintaining records and weekly returns
Supervision of workforce.
Order materials, equipment and small items of plant
Carry out inductions
Carry out daily briefings
Produce WPP, TBs risk assessment
Plan resource include ordering resource from sub-contractors
Booking Line Blocks and Possessions
The candidate will work with a team in the Welshpool office running up to 2 gangs.
Will have PTS, SSSTS, CSCS

This opportunity is working within a fast-paced business unit that are involved in a range of civil engineering works in a variety of sectors to include rail (bridges, embankments, stations, platforms, tunnels etc.), Environment Agency, Local Authority etc. The business unit are involved in multi-disciplinary civils projects across the Wales region, whether one off tendered projects or projects within our long-term framework / contract agreements with key clients.

Sub Agent Skills / Qualifications:

• SSSTS (essential), SMSTS (desirable)
• PTS
• COSS (desirable)
• Degree / HNC or HND in civil engineering (or equivalent compensating experience in a technical engineering role)
• Experience as a Senior Engineer, Sub Agent or Site Manager in a civil engineering contracting environment
