Job Title: Freelance Site Agent
Project: District Heating Network - Pipe Installation and Maintenance
Location: Bath then to Hereford
Rate: £350 Per day Outside IR35
Start Date: ASAP
Contract length: Ongoing projects around the Midlands

We are looking for a Site Agent to work on the District Heating Network Installation and Maintenance in the Bath area. Works include excavation works, utility installation works, reinstatement of roads, pavements & drainage. Installation of utility access hole chambers. The works are of a direct delivery role and experience of manging direct labour are essential.

Broad civil engineering experience to include reinforced concrete works, drainage, temporary works, excavations etc. (Desirable)
Experience in District Heating would be preferred.

Locations vary from project to project however, the first scheme is in Bath and then following that the next project is in Hereford. This would be ideail for anyone based around Gloucester, Cheltenham, and south Birmingham who is happy to travel.
