Region: North West (Ideally based in the Preston area)

My Client are a national Groundworks and Infrastructure Contractor that have a region office based in the North West. Due to increased workload there is a requirement for a Site Engineer experienced in Residential Groundworks and Infrastructure.

The Role:
• Reporting to a Contracts Manager you will be working across multiple sites in the region.
• Setting out: Roads, Sewers, Drainage, Utilities, Kerb Lines, Pathways, Plots
• Planning your own workload
• Liaising with Subcontractor
• AutoCAD work
• Checking and QA

The Requirement:
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as a Site Engineer
• Experienced in Groundworks and infrastructure for residential sites
• Conversant in the use of modern setting out equipment i.e Robotic Total Station
• Knowledge and experience of LSS, GPS and Machine Control is beneficial but not essential
• Able to plan and manage own workload
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• CSCS and Clean Driving License are essential for the role
