Site Engineer required for ongoing work in and around Northampton and Hertfordshire. Site Engineer will be required to work on multiple projects including Industrial Units, Stadia & Leisure, and Commercial units. Duties will include; setting out, producing as-builts, surveys, utilising TS16, being the primary point of contact for technical queries, assistance with supervision.

Site Engineer must be fully versed in CAD, providing your own software and laptop. Applicants must be able to provide two recent credible references. An excellent rate of pay is on offer, along with secure, long term work. Outside IR35.

• Experienced in surveying and setting out for varied construction projects
• Competent in the use of Leica Total Stations and GPS equipment
• Competent in using AutoCAD software
• Able to interpret construction drawings
• Able to liaise fluently between office, site staff, designers, clients and contractors
• Able to supervise subcontractors
• Able to keep accurate site records, site diaries, ordering plant and materials, quality and safety recording
• Produce permits, risk assessments, method statements, work package plans and task briefings
