ROLE: Site Engineer
SITE: Commercial New Build
LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds
START: 2 Weeks (36 Week Project)
REQUIRMENTS: MUST have Kit
RATE: £350 per day (Outside)

Site Engineer required for new build commercial scheme in Bury St Edmunds. Duties will include; setting out, producing as-builts, surveys, utilising TS16, being the primary point of contact for technical queries, assistance with supervision.

Site Engineer must be fully versed in CAD, providing your own software and laptop. Applicants must be able to provide two recent credible references. An excellent rate of pay is on offer, along with secure, long term work. Outside IR35.

Site Engineer will be required to perform the following tasks;
o Setting out of piling works, grid lines, datums, glazing, steel works, foundations, bases, drainage, utilities
o Checking and signed off structural steel and secondary steel works
o Checking and sign off all concrete works of ground works and floor slabs
o Maintaining QA records of complete project
o Liaison with subcontractors and structural engineers/architects to resolve technical and quality issues
o Preparing and working with AutoCAD drawings to facilitate the works
o Managing Health & Safety and risk assessments, method statements
o Dealing with technical queries and RFI's raised by subcontractors
