Job Title: Site Manager
Project: Water Infrastructure
Location: Nottingham And Surrounding Areas
Rate: £250 - £300 Per Day (DOE) Outside IR35
Start Date: October 2023 - Ongoing work Long Term

Kenton Black is recruiting for the role of Site Manager for our award-winning client based in Nottingham. The projects are all centred around refurbishment of waterworks and sewerage treatment works.

This Projects range from £500,000 to £10,000,000 in value and there is multiple live schemes and upcoming roles. There is certainly longevity with this role for the right candidate.

To be successful you must have; First Aid, CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Day to day running of the site.
• Management of two Site Supervisors
• Health and Safety Assessments
• Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Maintaining the Programme
• Material Call Offs
• Weekly Client Meeting
