About the job
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all activities and supply-chain partners to ensure that H&S, environmental, procurement, financial control and site activities are managed to the highest standards in all areas of delivery. The role will also include both upward and downward reporting within OnSite and the client at all times providing clear and precise direction. They will liaise with clients to ensure their expectations and service levels agreements are achieved.
About the successful applicant
The successful candidate will understand the Contractual obligations to be met, in particular the deadlines to be met and Level of Service standards for each project and provide support as appropriate to the other Team members in fully meeting their responsibilities in the contract delivery process. They will own the project, costs, programme, documentation, site activities and coordination of the site teams and manage daily costs in terms of on/off hire arrangements & controlling of hours worked by operatives as well as managing overtime for the team. A full driving licence is essential and an understanding of NRSWA Permits/Notices and Traffic Management Applications, NRSWA FPNs, Defectss. They must also be able to raise, start, stop and close down permits and notices
