Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

My client are an established main contractor operating in the North of England across various sectors of construction build including; apartments, care homes and commercial projects. They is a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for someone with a minimum of 5 years construction Site Management experience.

The Role:
• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Responsible for day to ay on-site activities
• Ensure works are being carried out in line with programme and budget
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
• Managing sub-contractors and trades
• Keen eye for detail regarding fit out stage
• Involved with short term planning and look-aheads
• Liaison with commercial team
• Site meetings
• Inductions and toolbox talks

The Candidate
• From a Construction Build background
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experienced delivering projects from inception to completion
• Good communicator both written and verbal
• Positive and pragmatic attitude
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid / Clean UK Driving License are all essential for the role
