Site Manager, Residential Building // A truly unique opportunity
Once again, I am recruiting for a truly unique client who have given Kenton Black further exclusivity on a number of managerial positions. As an employer of choice this company rarely comes to the market as their staff retention is second to none. Their last few roles were some of the most sought after in the region and were filled within a week of going live. Specialising in high value spec and social housing new build projects with 3 years’ work already confirmed.
The Role
Reporting into the Contacts Manager, as a Site Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
• Site Inductions
• Toolbox Talks
• Health and Safety Briefings
• Manage Sub – Contractors
The Candidate
The successful candidate should have 2-3 years’ experience within Site Management whether that is an Assistant or fully fledged Site Manager. They will also need:
• Full Driving License
• IT literate
The Company
This regional main contractor is based in Birmingham and have been running for 50 years. They are constantly growing and expanding at a rapid rate, looking to recruit to accommodate this. They started off as a family run company that has grown in to a well know business but still stand by their family orientated roots.
The Package
For this Site Manager role, we have a range dependant on experience from £35,000 - £60,000 with a whole host of other amazing benefits such as:
