ROLE: Site Manager
PROJECT: Affordable Housing
LOCATION: Burton
RATE: £250 - £280 per day
START: ASAP

An award wining main contractor is currently shortlisting for a Senior Site Manager to work on a small plot of bespoke residential units around Burton. You will join a business who have significantly increased their revenue target last year and are expected to increase next year. Their order book is increasing for 2023 with plenty of interesting projects to keep you busy. For the right candidate, this will be a long term placement with opportunities for repeat work.

To be successful:
- Experience with Main contractors and Housing contractors
- Ability to run projects as a stand alone Site Manager
- Hard Working and Team Player
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
