ROLE: SITE MANAGER
PROJECT: HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL
LOCATION: Camden, London
START: JUNE
RATE: £300 per day (Outside)

Kenton Black are working closely with an award winning Main Contractor to aid in their search for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with specialised experience in High Rise, Tower Block or Student Accommodation construction for an upcoming project in Camden.

The Role
- Senior Site Manager delivering major D&B projects
- Managing site teams and overseeing H&S
- Overseeing programme and quality
- Reporting to a Project Manager

Experience
MUST HAVE Minimum 3 years Site Management experience for standard SM role, minimum 6 years' experience for Senior SM.
MUST HAVE strong knowledge of either High Rise, Tower Block or Student Accommodation construction
Main contractor experience
Leadership Experience
Documented history of seeing projects through from start to finish
