ROLE: Site Manager
PROJECT: Low rise Cladding Upgrades
START: ASAP
RATE: Negotiable
CONTRACT: Freelance or Permanent

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for one of our clients who are a Sub-Contractor working on a Cladding project in Wolverhampton.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with residential cladding systems.

Must have SMSTS, CSCS Card (black/gold), First Aid as a minimum.

Rate will vary dependant upon various factors - Previous project sizes, level of responsibility, years of experience etc.

You will be overseeing the retrofit of cladding - Project duration 40 weeks +.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager who will occasionally be site based but will also be overseeing other projects.
