An exciting opportunity for a Site Manager in the Peterborough area to join a Main Contractor who enjoy a c£40 million turnover.

As a well-established Contractor in the Uk, my client has a diverse workload across a number of sectors such as Residential, Educational, Industrial, Commercial Offices and more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

About The Role:
As the Site Manager, you will be the number 1 of a New Build Residential scheme consisting of 25 New Build Housing units in the Peterborough region. Your focus is to lead a high performing operational team on site whilst ensuring the scheme is running smoothly and on time. You will report to a visiting Contracts Manager and update them on how the project is running.

About You:
Previous experience as a Site Manager
Live within or commutable to the Peterborough region.
Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
Residential, Housing and/or social housing experience
New Build Project experience
