Kenton Black are proud to be working with an award winning firm who are looking for a Tax trainee to join their growing Manchester Office.

This forward thinking collaborative firm are constantly expanding whilst scooping up multiple awards for their excellent work environment of quality in process. You will work in a friendly and progressive environment, within teams of varying sizes and once you qualify, you can expect to get involved with all aspects of compliance and planning projects.

As a Tax trainee in a large firm you will be exposed to:

• The reporting of tax to the Revenue authorities such as HMRC is called tax compliance.
• Corporate Tax.
• VAT returns.
• Personal Tax.
• Preparing and filing tax returns.
• Carrying out manual reconciliation of tax liabilities.
• Liaising with clients over the phone or in person.

Along with an above average salary you will receive full study support for ATT or CTA and those with exceptional academic grades will be given the opportunity to study on the ACA/CTA joint pathway qualification to become a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Please note that this is a 35 working week role with flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4pm.
