Role: Technical Coordinator
Location: Birmingham

Rate: £200 - £300 per day (DOE)

Award winning Housebuilder looking to employ a Senior or experienced Technical Coordinator for maternity cover. The role will be to assist the west midlands team manage multiple new-build housing sites from feasibility to completion.

Responsibilities:
Leading the pre-construction process,
Coordination with multiple teams,
Budget control and financial modelling,
Review of financial viabilities for proposed developments,
Conveyancing,
Section agreements
provide drawings, design plans and technical approvals,
resolve design issues,
Quality Control,

To be successful you must be form a housing background with 5+ years experience in design coordination. Plc or Social housing background is suitable for this position.
