I'm currently seeking a skilled and experienced Inorganic Laboratory Team Leader to join a dynamic organization. As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of talented scientists and technicians in the inorganic laboratory. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of scientists and technicians in the inorganic laboratory, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee and coordinate laboratory activities, ensuring efficient workflow, timely completion of projects, and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable analytical results.
Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, providing guidance and support in method development, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects, providing inorganic chemistry expertise and guidance.

Qualifications:

Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Substantial experience in inorganic chemistry, including hands-on experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation.
Proven leadership experience in a laboratory setting, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.
Excellent knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance (GMP / ISO 17025).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
