My client is a national main contractor who are working on a large Civil Engineering project in Oxfordshire. They are after a Cost Clerk to assist the Commercial Team with the collation, reconciliation and reporting of data and to provide cost and budget advise to project team. The successful candidate will have competent IT skills including a good understanding of excel & word. Construction or Civil Engineering experience is desirable.
- Assist with the cost control of various site activities.
- Active participation in weekly planned vs actual resource usage.
- Accurate and timely cost collation from site records.
- Regular reconciliation of costs with budget.
- Preparation of cost reports.
