My client is a Civil Engineering Company who are in the market for a Document Controller/Project Administrator to support functions on a major civil engineering project in Stoke-on-Trent.
The successful candidate must have:
o Experience using ACONEX (essential).
o Experience working in an administrative function on a construction site (desirable).
Duties will include:
o Daily online management of the finance system data.
o Regular reports to minimise number of costing errors.
o Collating the information of plant and materials for the sites and liaising with the head office.
o Managing Drawings.
o Checking operative timesheet submissions.
o Weekly cost reports for the commercial team.
o General administration duties.
