Mikes’ specialisms include construction, infrastructure, finance, scientific, engineering and manufacturing, supply chain, mining, international, FMCG and facilities management.

Aaron has 20 years of construction recruitment experience, having previously worked as a Surveyor for one of the world’s largest engineering companies. He has since specialised in senior recruitment within construction, infrastructure and rail across the globe, managing teams and business units for some of the world’s biggest blue chip recruiters. Aaron also leads the corporate services division across the Kenton Black Group including finance, science and international.
DAVE BUTLER

Dave oversees the Groups International Division. He has spent the last 20 years managing teams and assignments that have taken him across the globe and his teams have been responsible for key hires on some of the highest-profile projects in countries across the EMEA and APAC regions. Never one to miss exciting industry trends, Kenton Black International is currently working with industry-leading clients, contractors, and consultancies on complex developments in the data centre, pharmaceutical and semi-conductor sectors.
JAMES BARKER
DIRECTOR, ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN, KENTON BLACK GROUP
James has spent over a decade working in recruitment. Initially within the technical side of Oil & Gas where he had the pleasure of working with clients in Europe, Middle East and the USA. In 2015 he entered the exciting world of Architecture and Design and has remained there ever since. With an excellent reputation and a growing network, he intends to retain a strong presence in the sector for many years to come.

Darren has over 15 years’ experience of specialist financial recruitment, with proven delivery in the attraction and appointment of qualified finance professionals across local areas as well as bespoke head-hunt delivery for national and international clients. Throughout his career Darren has partnered for boutique and global recruitment businesses, whilst building successful teams and delivering bespoke recruitment solutions across the region. Darren is very well networked across senior finance, providing a tailored partnership to organisations in both the private and public sector from SMEs to PLCs.

Kris has over 10 years recruitment experience working within the Scottish Construction Industry supporting Construction, Civils and M&E projects up and down the country. Based in our Dundee office alongside an experienced team, Kris overlooks the day-to-day operations while still taking a hands-on approach with a large and loyal client and candidate base.
