Our History

2008
Kenton Black group was founded by Directors Aaron Crabtree and Nick Fox.
2015
From the growth of the company and the successful ventures into new market sectors, Kenton Black made the move to BIGGER & BETTER offices in order to house 40+ dedicated and experienced consultants.
2018
Kenton Black Group appointed Mike Bower as new Group Managing director to oversee expansion and diversification.
2019
The Covid-19 pandemic wreaked havoc on all sectors. The KB group overcame multiple obstacles in a challenging two years for all involved.
2021
Kenton Black Group launched its new divisions in Science & Engineering, International, Finance, Corporate Services and opened six new office locations, including Scotland.
2022
KB group Opened the Worcester office location and the first International office with expansion to Dubai.
2023
KB continued expanding the Kenton Black team whilst developing the current work force and remaining consistent in multiple ventures and successes.
2024
Kenton Black continued consistently expanding the team whilst developing the current work force of recruitment consultants.
